FAQs How do I send you my images?Images can be sent to us by using a free online file sharing service like Box.net. You can also send us a USB hard drive or DVD. If sending a DVD, please make sure to send us a copy and not your original photos. Once the project is complete, we will return the DVD or USB drive. How many images should I send you? The number of images we use depends on the number of pages you select for your album. On average we use two to five images per page. Usually, 120 - 150 pictures are enough for most photo albums. What resolution do the images need to be? The larger the resolution the better the print quality will be. We recommend a minimum DPI of 300. If all you have are your prints or negatives, we can also scan your photo images. Please feel free to contact us for additional information on this process. Do you only create albums for weddings? Absolutely not, we design albums for practically any occasion including sweet sixteen, anniversaries and baby albums. How many times can I edit my album? We provide two free complimentary edit sessions. What types of albums do you have? We have hundreds of different album combinations. Please contact us for a complete listing of styles, colors and sizes. How long does it take to complete my album? The design process of your album usually takes two to three weeks depending on album size and the number of pages. Once you have approved your layout, the printing and binding process will take less than 30 days. Will I see the layout before it is printed? Yes! We will not print the layout without your approval. Once the editing is complete, you will be able to view the layout before printing. Some of my images are not perfect, can you edit them? We can edit images in a variety of different ways. The end result of the editing is dependant on the quality of the photos. Please contact us for more information on this topic. How do I pay for your services? We accept all major credit cards, personal checks or can extend credit terms. What software do you use to correct my images? We use Adobe Photoshop CS3. |
